FZ11040 UHF RFID clothing tags help identify apparel during receiving, stock counts, and dispatch. Each passive tag combines RFID with a double-layer coated-paper hang tag.

The 110 × 40 mm size option has a hanging hole for tying the tag onto a garment, with space for custom printing of product details.

A compatible UHF reader and inventory software link each tagged garment to its item record. You can scan new arrivals, count clothes on racks, and track items as they move from the stockroom to the shop floor.

A compatible EPC Class 1 Gen 2 UHF RFID reader is required. Its operating band must match the regulations in your region.

Phone NFC, 13.56 MHz readers, and 125 kHz readers cannot read this UHF tag. Inventory software must also support the identifiers and reader used in your workflow.

Standard packs contain blank tags with either Impinj M830 or NXP UCODE 8 supplied. A specific chip or custom printing requires a separate quote.

Test a sample with your reader, antenna, tag placement, and stock layout before a larger deployment. The listed reading range is approximate.

Use this paper tag for hang-tag applications. Remove it before washing; do not select it for laundry tracking.

For custom printing, confirm the artwork, print quantity, price, and lead time with us before ordering. Confirm any EPC encoding requirements separately.

Can I read these clothing tags with my phone?

A phone’s built-in NFC reader cannot read FZ11040 tags. These tags use UHF RFID at 860–960 MHz.

Use a compatible UHF RFID reader. A phone-based setup needs an external UHF reader and compatible software.

How do M830 and UCODE 8 memory capacities compare?

Impinj M830 and NXP UCODE 8 each provide 128-bit EPC memory, 96-bit TID memory, and no user memory. Both include a 48-bit unique serial number within the TID.

The listed memory capacities are the same, but the chips have different features. Tell us if your system requires a specific chip.

Can I wash clothing with this tag attached?

FZ11040 is a coated-paper hang tag. Remove it before washing the garment.

For identification that stays with clothing through washing, use a tag designed and tested for your laundry process.

Can I print a logo, barcode, or QR code?

Custom layouts can include a logo, barcode, or QR code on the coated-paper surface. Share your artwork and required quantity with us.

We’ll need to confirm the print specification, price, and lead time before you order. Printing and RFID encoding are separate requirements.

Will these tags work with my shop’s security gates?

The gate system must support the tag’s UHF protocol and chip configuration. A tag alone does not establish compatibility with an existing security system.

To kick off development, you only need to pay the development fee as a down payment. You will not make any further payments until you receive the sample module and confirm that it works 100%.

The development fee is based on the specific functions you require. However, it can be deducted after your total orders from us reach a certain amount.

In total, including the development fee and unit costs, our clients typically save 20% on material costs compared to their previous supplier.

How long does the development process takes?

It usually takes 4 weeks to develop the sample module with your required function from scratch. Depending on the functions you requested, it may end up shorter or longer.

After the development is done, we’ll send you the sample module to test compatibility. We’ll work with you till it’s 100% working with your systems before the batch production.

How can I make sure the custom readers work in compatible with our systems or equipments?

We know compatibility can be a concern when purchasing a large batch of readers. When we’re done developing the prototype, we’ll send you a sample first to test compatibility.
