Confirm that your access-control system uses the H10304 37-bit format before ordering. H10304 contains a 16-bit facility code and a 19-bit card number. H10302 and H10304 are both 37-bit formats, but their programming data is not interchangeable.

Programming data you must provide:

Facility Code
• Enter a whole decimal number from 1 to 65,535.
• Use digits 0-9 only. Do not enter letters, spaces, commas, decimal points, or hyphens.

Starting Card Number
• Enter a whole decimal number from 1 to 524,287.
• Use digits 0-9 only. Do not enter letters, spaces, commas, decimal points, or hyphens.
• The final card number must remain at or below 524,287: starting card number + order quantity - 1.

Leading zeros do not change the programmed value. If you need a specific external printed number, provide that separately. Check that your requested range is not already active in your system. These custom-programmed credentials cannot be returned because of incorrect customer-supplied programming data.

How can I confirm which credential format my system uses?

Check the label on a previous credential box, the original order, or the credential-format setting in your access-control software. Look for the exact format name—H10301, H10302, or H10304—not only “26-bit” or “37-bit.” A printed card number or physical card style is not enough to identify the format. If the records are unclear, ask your access-control administrator or service provider before ordering.

What is the difference between H10301, H10302, and H10304?

H10301 is a 26-bit format with an 8-bit facility code and a 16-bit card number.
H10302 is a 37-bit format with one 35-bit card number and no facility code.
H10304 is a 37-bit format with a 16-bit facility code and a 19-bit card number.

H10302 and H10304 are not interchangeable even though both contain 37 bits. Use the exact format configured in your access-control system.

Will any 125 kHz HID Prox credential work with my system?

Not necessarily. The reader must support 125 kHz HID Prox credentials, and the connected panel or software must also accept the exact H10301, H10302, or H10304 data format.

To ensure our cards work perfectly and are compatible with the reader system, feel free to apply for a free sample. We would be happy to send you some samples to confirm the compatibility. In most cases, as long as the reader supports the exact data format, our cards will work with systems that support the data format without proprietary credentials.

What programming information do I need for H10304 credentials?

Provide a facility code from 1 to 65,535, a starting card number from 1 to 524,287, and the order quantity. The last number in a sequential order must remain at or below 524,287. Check your existing credential records first so the new range does not duplicate numbers already enrolled in your system.

The development fee is based on the specific functions you require. However, it can be deducted after your total orders from us reach a certain amount.

In total, including the development fee and unit costs, our clients typically save 20% on material costs compared to their previous supplier.

How long does the development process takes?

It usually takes 4 weeks to develop the sample module with your required function from scratch. Depending on the functions you requested, it may end up shorter or longer.

After the development is done, we’ll send you the sample module to test compatibility. We’ll work with you till it’s 100% working with your systems before the batch production.

How can I make sure the custom readers work in compatible with our systems or equipments?

We know compatibility can be a concern when purchasing a large batch of readers. When we’re done developing the prototype, we’ll send you a sample first to test compatibility.
