What's the reading distance of the PF7030 on-metal RFID tag?

PF7030 has a reference reading distance of 7 m (23 ft), depending on the reader and environment. This is a model-specific reference, not a guaranteed distance for every installation.

Your reader, antenna and label position all matter. Share your reader model, asset type and target scanning distance, and we'll help you plan a suitable sample test.

Does PF7030 need more mounting space than PF6025?

Yes, our PF7030 label measures 70 × 30 × 1.2 mm, so it needs more mounting space than the 60 × 25 × 1.2 mm PF6025. Both models have the same 1.2 mm thickness.

PF7030 is worth testing when your asset has enough label space and you want to evaluate its 7 m reference range with your reader and environment.

Can I attach PF7030 to a curved metal surface without screws?

Yes, our PF7030 label has flexible PET construction and 3M adhesive for attachment to curved metal surfaces without screws. Check that the surface has room for the full label and test the fit and reading performance in your intended position.

Can I print PF7030 with a UHF RFID printer?

How long does the development process takes?

It usually takes 4 weeks to develop the sample module with your required function from scratch. Depending on the functions you requested, it may end up shorter or longer.

After the development is done, we’ll send you the sample module to test compatibility. We’ll work with you till it’s 100% working with your systems before the batch production.
