UHF RFID-etiketter for avfallshåndtering: Sporingsbøtter, beholdere og resirkuleringsutstyr

Identify waste bins, recycling containers and handling equipment with UHF RFID tags. Compare cable-tie, on-metal and adhesive formats, then match the attachment and exposure to your containers and existing collection-reader system.

Anbefalte UHF-etiketter for avfallshåndtering

Start with the container material and a protected mounting position. Choose a tag for the actual collection, washing and handling conditions; indoor paper labels are for dry inventory tasks.

What Are You Looking to Track?

Plastic Bins With a Tie Point

Compare our ZD330 when the bin has a suitable handle opening or attachment point for a cable tie. Check that the tag and strap stay clear of lids and lifting equipment.

Try the position with your normal collection movement and reader orientation before fitting a larger group of bins.

Use ZD330

Metal Containers and Equipment

Compare the P102 rigid on-metal format when a housing better suits your container or handling equipment. Check the attachment position and mounting method for your asset.

For a lower-profile adhesive option, compare PF6025. Tell us about impacts, washing and chemicals before choosing either format.

Use P102

Moisture-Exposed Label Surfaces

Consider our PET7018 waterproof label when the surface suits an adhesive label and the tag will encounter moisture. Confirm the bin material and how you prepare the surface.

Test cleaning exposure and abrasion separately. Waterproof construction alone does not confirm resistance to pressure washing or harsh chemicals.

Use PET7018

How Do You Choose RFID Tags for Your Collection Setup?

Confirm the frequency and protocol of your truck or facility reader before selecting tags. Waste collection systems do not all use the same RFID technology, so matching the existing system comes first.

Choose a protected position that faces the reader during normal handling. Test representative empty and full containers, including lifting, tipping and washing, and check that attachment does not interfere with the equipment.

Connect each tag identifier to the correct container and service record. Reading distance depends on the reader and environment. Software can flag missing reads for review, but a read alone does not prove that a bin was emptied; weight data needs a separate weighing system.

If you would like to test tags on your actual bins or containers, feel free to request a free UHF sample pack. Share the reader model, container material, attachment space and washing conditions so we can help you choose suitable options.
